Russia’s authorities on Friday stated it had withdrawn a ban on diesel exports delivered to sea ports through pipelines, eradicating a big chunk of restrictions it put in place final month.
The Kremlin stated in an announcement that it had “lifted restrictions on the export of diesel gasoline delivered to seaports by pipeline, offered that the producer provides no less than 50% of the diesel gasoline produced to the home market,” in response to a Google translation.
