TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s Toshiba (OTC:) plans to determine a home provide chain for offshore wind energy tools along with U.S. producer Basic Electrical (NYSE:), reported on Saturday, as Japan is increasing in renewable power in a zero-carbon push.
