A 21-story mixed-use tower was permitted for the Mirror Lake neighborhood in downtown St. Petersburg.
The Improvement Overview Fee unanimously permitted the positioning plan on Might 3. The mission is being developed by actual property improvement and funding agency Gravel Street Companions and is deliberate for 685 and 699 First Ave. N and 694 Arlington Ave. N.
Plans present the tower will embody 200 flats, 10,843 sq. ft of economic area, a 264-space parking storage and 214 bicycle storage areas.…
