The Clayton City Council just lately permitted plans for almost 850 new houses that will probably be constructed to help the Copper District, a first-of-its-kind mixed-use improvement in Johnston County.
Clayton permitted two separate tasks proposed by Cary-based Craig Davis Properties that collectively make up 848 new houses.
