Coby Garrett Brooks, who led Atlanta-based Hooters of America Inc. from 2003 till he offered the corporate to personal fairness agency HIG Capital and Chanticleer Holdings in 2011, priced the roughly 790-acre searching ranch at $4.1 million, in response to a list by Jon Kohler & Associates.
