ConsenSys’s Andrew Keys talks in regards to the firm’s latest pivot, known as “ConsenSys 2.0,” towards higher effectivity, accountability and give attention to income, why it laid off about 150 individuals, and what areas it plans to generate income from. He explains what the corporate’s mission and targets have been in ConsenSys 1.0, how its new priorities will resemble these of extra conventional firms, and whether or not it’s going to retain its flat, unhierarchical construction. Plus, he reveals that the corporate has “years” of runway left, even because it toys with taking over outdoors funding.
