The lessors have already taken two of the 5 plane, which have been leased in 2018 and 2019, out of India. They plan to take away the remaining three plane resulting from excellent funds amounting to $12.7 million.
This case follows a current incident through which the Delhi Excessive Courtroom expressed “shock” at a case involving TWC Aviation, which alleged the elimination of 16 and 29 elements from two separate plane.
