Premium automobile producer Aston Martin on Friday (September 29, 2023) launched the DB12 mannequin in India. The corporate has saved its ex-showroom worth at Rs 4.59 crore. DB12 is the successor mannequin of the already launched DB11. The brand new model has a 4.0-litre V8 engine.
DB12 is powered by a four-litre V8 twin-turbocharged powertrain, which is tuned to provide 670bhp and 800Nm of peak torque. It’s mated to an 8-speed computerized transmission, which sends energy to rear wheels. With a claimed high velocity of 325 kmph, the automobile can speed up from 0 to 100 kmph in simply 3.5 seconds. Additionally it is geared up with three drive modes – GT, Sport and Sport+.
DB12 encompasses a bigger entrance grille, flanked by new LED headlights. The sports activities automobile rides on 21-inch wheels and has flush-fitting door handles within the doorways. Inside, the cabin encompasses a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that helps wi-fi Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Deliveries of the Aston Martin DB12 are scheduled to start within the second quarter of 2024. In India, Aston Martin DB12 goes to compete immediately with Ferrari Roma.
