The Delhi police on Sunday detained Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia for violation of regulation and order after they breached the safety cordon whereas attempting to maneuver in direction of the brand new Parliament constructing for a deliberate ladies’s ‘Mahapanchayat’.
